THE ZAP FAMILY

Nassau (AKA Zap), was born the same year as ZAP Appraisals in 2022. ZAP Appraisals was founded on the basic principle of the English Creme Golden Retriever. ZAP Appraisals is loyal, hard working, dedicated, has daily routines, emotional support, and we NEVER drop the ball! 

Mr. Rehak is the current Acting CEO. Mr. Rehak has been a certified appraiser since 1996. His background includes in depth understanding of residential, commercial, appraisal modernization, product development, software engineering, website development, report writing, underwriting, reviewing, marketing, managing and compliance. His experience is second to none which makes the perfect candidate.

Jessica Vittek is the current acting CFO, managing member and is also a certified appraiser in multiple States. She graduated Towson University with a degree in finance and has been financially managing small businesses since 1996. She handles State licensing, regulation, compliance, financial forecasting, vender payments, payroll and appraisal review.

Brandon J Burns is our current acting CSO. Brandon brings youth, innovation, marketing plans, team building and cooperative marketing strategies for ZAP, our clients and event coordination.

Frank A Novak, is an AMC veteran of over 20 plus years, His knowledge base and understanding of all of our different clients, products, processes, appraiser panels, lenders and as a backend system analyst, makes him the perfect Operations Manager. And if you know Frank, then you know "Mr. Personality" Everyone loves Frank!

Ryan Burgess, is also an AMC veteran of over 20 plus years, His knowledge, experience, golden retriever attitude makes him the best Client Relations Director in the most stressful situations. His calm cool collected attitude makes working through problems with ease.
